Over night in Bathurst was very hot last night and the ceiling fan in my bedroom stopped working, so today I raced out and bought a pedestal fan to use until I can get a new ceiling fan installed.
Of course like everything these days it had to be put together which means I have to assemble it with some cursing peppered throughout.And then it was tested by my sleeping companions.

I made these two leaves at a workshop with Caroline Price about twenty years ago , the technique uses freemotion  machine embroidery on wash-away fabric stabiliser.
