    I made these three quilts for three very young girls who are fostered by a friend of my daughter, I admire Belinda so much for taking on these sisters all under four years old and born with many issues.

She received them earlier in the week and was very moved that I had made these for the sisters.

 James Oswald  my Maternal Grandfather died in March 1960 aged just 64 , he served on the Western Front and received a gunshot wound to the left shoulder

 Kathleen May , my Paternal Grandmother born in England in 1898 migrated with her family to New Zealand when she was seventeen married an Australian man and had three children and died In Sydney (Turramurra) aged 96
