The Carillon, with 35 bells, was constructed in 1933 as a memorial to the men of Bathurst and District who served in World War One and all wars since that Australia has seen action.
The reason I chose this building is that today for the first time since 1933 the bells are silent whilst workers from a foundry in England replace some bells and add more new ones.

This silver locket is at least one hundred years old and belonged to my Father's sister who died well before I was born.The pictures inside are my Paternal Grandparents , he also died before I was born but my Grandmother lived to a grand age of 96.
