5/02/2020  Photo a Day  Tell a Story

When Sherree and I were traveling in the UK in 2006 we needed to go and find this grave  because the Man came from Parkes NSW and at the time Sherree was Principal of Middleton Public School in Parkes named after this young hero from The Second World War.

I  googled  the name of the village and this is what Wikipedia said about Becks Row

Beck Row is a village in Suffolk, England. The village is close to RAF Mildenhall and is home to about 3000 people. Culturally, the village has an old church and a beacon dating from the time of the Battle of Trafalgar. A Victoria Cross recipient, Ron Middleton, is buried in the local cemetery.
